Mike Metzler has experience as a business owner, working in private industry and providing consulting services throughout his career. He excels at shareholder value maximization, due diligence reports, supporting M&A activity and exit planning services. Mike also provides litigation support and forensic investigations for business, trusts and individuals.
Mike’s valuation experience ranges from providing services to enterprises that are smaller than one million dollars in market capitalization to over one billion dollars in market capitalization. He performes valuations for many purposes including dissolution of marriage, dissenting minority shareholder, business partner dispute, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, employee stock option plans, complex securities and gift and estate tax issues.
His experience also includes forensic investigations, complex accounting reconstruction, financial statement consolidations, financial modeling and management accounting.
Before joining Henry+Horne’s Litigation + Valuation Services Group in 2016, Mike worked as a manager at a local valuation firm, performing duties similar to his current role. He also served as President of JKM Accounting & Consulting, LLC and owned a construction business. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Arizona.
When he’s not working, you can find Mike playing basketball, on the golf course or spending time with his three kids.
