COVID-19 Update: March 23, 2020
Henry+Horne closes doors to visitors but remains open (March 23, 2020)
As you know, Henry+Horne has been closely monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and complying with the current guidance from public health organizations and the federal, state and local governments. As the situation changes, we make adjustments to our business operations so that we can continue serving your needs while ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members, clients and community.
To that end, beginning on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Henry+Horne will no longer allow external visitors access to any of our offices.
Team members will be working in the office, or from remote locations, to continue providing the timely service you expect. If you do not have the ability to send us your documents securely and electronically, we will have drop-off instructions posted at each office to receive your documents. When you arrive, call the front desk. Let them know your name and inform them you are dropping off your documents in our dropbox. To limit contact and ensure your health and the health of our team members, once you walk away a team member will open the door and collect your documents.
We are requesting all face to face client meetings be changed to teleconference or videoconference. Please contact your Henry+Horne advisor to schedule or change a meeting as appropriate.
Once your return is completed, you have the following options:
- We can send your documents electronically
- We can ship via mail, UPS or FedEx
- We can courier them to you
- For the time being, we are discontinuing pick up of information from our offices. We know there may be unanticipated circumstances that may preclude you from the above options, if this occurs, we will make arrangements with you on an individual basis.
If you are a tax client and not already set up to use our secure portal and are interested in doing so, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name and phone number. We will reach out to you and get you set up right away.

We have the technology in place to continue providing you excellent service, and we remain committed to making every effort to ensure your experience with us is as easy as possible.
