Marilyn Mays is a Partner in the Casa Grande office of Henry & Horne, LLP and specializes in auditing services for her clients. Marilyn has extensive, hands-on experience with governmental finance. Prior to joining Henry & Horne in 2002, she was with the Finance Department of the City of Casa Grande for 12 years. While there she was responsible for the annual financial reports, a staff of six finance professionals, and the daily activities of the Finance Department, including bank reconciliations, year-end closing and preparation for auditors, and preparation of financial statements. She also was responsible for dissemination of the City's annual financial statements and other documentation to the Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories. Marilyn is a recipient of the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for 12 years.
