Candace Berg Tooke, a Partner in the Scottsdale office of Henry & Horne, is extensively involved with the planning and compliance aspects of estates, trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations, family limited partnerships, and planning for business succession. Prior to joining Henry & Horne, Candace spent eight years with a boutique law firm of Estates and Trusts, was employed by several local accounting firms, and established her own tax and consulting practice. She began her accounting career in the tax department of a national accounting firm. Candace is a speaker on business succession, estate, and income tax issues, and has given presentations for estate planning councils, client groups, The Planned Giving Round Table, Maricopa County Bar Association, and professional education providers.

- My grandfather. He died when I was you and I never got to know him as an adult.
What do you like to do for fun when you aren't working?
- I like to hike, see movies, go to the symphony, museums and baseball games.
