Our Not-for-Profit niche has been an important part of Henry & Horne, LLP from the very beginning. While it didn't become an individual niche until the late 1980's the same quality work and commitment has always been in place. Today the not-for-profit niche is headed up by Partner-in-Charge Kathy Hostetler. Kathy joined the firm in 1983 and in 1994 became a partner. She not only heads the not-for-profit niche, but the audit and accounting niche as well.

Valuation and Forensic Services Blog
Our Valuation and Forensic Services Group has been an important part of Henry & Horne, LLP since the niche was developed in the mid 1990's. Today the Valuation and Forensic Services group is headed up by two directors, Don Bays, CPA, ABV, CVA, CFF and Steve Koons, CPA, ABV, ASA, CFF. Don has over 40 years of experience in public and private accounting and served as the President of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy during the Board's 2004-2005 year. Don is also a past President of the Arizona Society of CPA's. Don joined the Firm in 1998. Steve Koons joined Henry & Horne in 2007 and brought over 30 years of experience with him. He has served as a steering committee chair of the Business Valuation and Litigation service section of the Arizona Society of CPA's and as a member of the ABV Mentor Task Force of the American Institute of CPA's. Both Don and Steve have provided direct testimony on business and intangible assset valuations and other economic matters in various State and federal jurisdictions.
